A certificate of analysis (COA) is the lab report for one specific production lot: it states what was measured, the method, and the exact result, signed by the laboratory that ran the tests. Ours covers three sections.
Potency: each active is assayed against the label claim, and we publish the exact percentage — not “meets spec.” A result of 101% means the batch contains 202 mg of magnesium per serving.
Purity: four heavy metals — arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury — are screened to pharmacopeial limits using validated compendial methods on every batch, not once a year.
Safety: a full microbial panel covering yeast, mold, E. coli, and salmonella, run to validated compendial methods. Every batch is tested, every shipped batch’s results are published by lot number — and a failing batch never ships.
One habit worth keeping: check that the lot number on the certificate matches the lot number on your bottle. A COA without a lot number — or one issued for a different lot — proves nothing about the bottle in your hand.
